Team Huddle – Indoor Team Building Program
Objectives
While most team-building workshops do little more than organize a simple series of games to learn basic team behavior, our team huddle program provides much more experiential training through a series of team challenges and practical involving changing of mindset, developing and application of EQ to mildly physical, all of which have immediate real-life applications.
Participants will learn:
- The FIVE Step Formula of Team Building Culture necessary to achieve any team goal
- How to quickly determine whether the make-up of your team will have the capability to achieve maximum success
- How to communicate more effectively in a team in enhancing interpersonal communication particularly in respecting and love each other as a team member
- How to encourage collaboration between teammates and eliminates blaming each other in achieving team objective
- How to create a culture where every team member arrive at cooperative decisions and apply win-win situation
- A culture on how to trust, recognize and appreciate team diversity
- To understand the important of being ONE Team and strengthening the One team culture in organization
- To appreciate the important of providing good support
- To develop skills in team building in the ability to work with others with trust
- Bring the team together the different work culture into one
