Dr. Dasan Thanam Divean, Facilitator

Dr. Dasan Thanam Divean has 23 years Customer Service, Operations and Training experiences. He continues his tertiary education at PSB Academy, Singapore and pursued his MBA with State University New York. In 2018 he completed his PhD in Human Capital Development, N.Alabama. Dasan is also a certified Service Desk Analyst endorsed by ITSM-Experts which is recognized internationally. He held various positions in top companies such as Southern Bank Berhad, Digi Telecommunication, Astro, Maxis Telecommunication, Automobile Motorsport Sdn Bhd, SBS Transit Pte Ltd, Rail Division, Singapore, Advance Maintenance Precision Management Sdn Bhd and mainly had conducted various training programs. He is also a registered trainer with MAH.

He has equipped with vast knowledge and he is keen in developing people. His skill and contribution has been noticed by Singapore government and he has been awarded with Singapore National Excellence Award in 2007. He had been given the opportunity to hold the permanent residence status in Singapore since year 2001. With his exposure, he is competent to facilitate Professional Learning in many area concern.

He also has extensively involved in training for the past years associating with other training providers, which include Clerical Development, Teambuilding, Times Management, Performance Management and Appraisal, Managing Change, Developing KPI, Office Administration, Positive Working Attitude, Self-Motivation, Train a Trainer, Presentation skills. “I Am At Your Service and I Am The Guest Service Experience  ”is his power-pack  motivational customer service training program in customer service which all level of people would want to attend.

Dr. Dasan who is a HRDF accredited corporate trainer and his training are aimed to make a difference, and the simple techniques he imparts are designed to make an immediate impact once participants return to work. His desire as trainer makes his working life become more varied and challenging than he could ever have imagined. He is also a Professional Learning Facilitator practitioner and his work has ranged enormously and has involved design, delivery, facilitation, coaching mentoring.

Anyone who is familiar with Dr. Dasan will know that training is not just another job for him- it’s his passion. He packs his trainings with rich results-oriented content, engaging activities and topical humour and is known for communicating with a zest and energy that is highly contagious. He is the founder of IAAYS PLT and currently working with many organization and intense in developing people with versatile skills and knowledge. He also continuously provides training for most of the top hotels in throughout the nation in developing people as a Hospitality Service Specialist and Customer Service Expert certified by Ukap (United Kingdom Association of Professionals).  Despte busy with his training programs Dasan’s hobby is hiking and riding big bikes during his free time.
